Police called to sudden death on Largs Promenade over weekend
Police were called to reports of a sudden death on Largs Promenade on Saturday.
Officers say the death is not suspicious, but a report is being sent to the Procurator Fiscal as per procedure.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 5.45pm on Saturday, 30 July, 2022, police were called to The Promenade, Largs following a report of the sudden death of a 74-year-old woman.
"The death is not being treated as suspicious and, as with all sudden deaths, a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal."
