A new book for hunting inspectors and hunters has been published
Currently, in the field of hunting and hunting in Russia, the main problems are the strengthening of hunting supervision and control and the need to reduce the number of wolves. This paper is devoted to solving the first problem.
The uniqueness of the book is that hunting supervision and control is carried out for decades, and there are practically no manuals for training inspectors. To date, there have been no comprehensive scientific and methodological studies on this issue.
Production hunting control has two components: obtaining a certain amount of knowledge and rights by applicants for inspectors, as well as activities to implement the functions and powers of the production hunting inspector.
A program and methodology for independent training of candidates for production hunting inspectors have been developed. Sources of information are selected, including the most informative public (free) Internet resources of legal information, court decisions, normative legal acts, and commentaries. Formulated and clarified key provisions in the exercise of its functions and powers of goskomrezerva, production inspectors (organizing raids on anti-poaching actions in the control, the preparation of acts, crime prevention, legal protection inspectors, liability for the wrongful use of weapons in self-defence, the detention of offenders, etc.).
Reviewers of the book are authoritative scientists-A. A. Danilkin, doctor of biological Sciences, Professor, chief researcher of the Institute of ecology and evolution. A. N. Severtsova RAS and A. A. shulyat’ev, candidate of biological Sciences, associate Professor of immunology and biology of wild animals Vyatka state agricultural Academy.
According to reviewers, this book is a valuable scientific and methodological guide not only for hunting inspectors (including state ones), but also for all hunters in Russia and should be “desktop”! It will help not only to prevent many mistakes and mistakes in the work, but also to save the life and health of inspectors in certain situations. Knowledge of the composition of offenses and crimes, sanctions for their violation, the amount of recovery of harm caused by violations of the law, bringing the above-mentioned provisions of the legislation to hunters, vacationers and other categories of citizens, will undoubtedly contribute to improving the effectiveness of protection of wildlife objects and improving hunting use in Russia.
The manual is addressed to employees of long-term hunting users, state hunting supervision authorities, managers and specialists of public associations of hunters, ecologists, students of hunting and legal institutions, and directly to hunters.
